Many studies in the morbidity or death rate in Plastic Surgery are often not scientifically scrutinized due to anesthesia reactions causing shutdown in the nervous system. Some overseas clinics have mis reported deaths and are not regulated to do so depending on local and national regulation or medical speculative law.In the United States cities such as Los Angeles California Phoenix Arizona and specialized Beverly Hills morbidity rates are much less yet do exist.
